Our Experience
Bite’s back-office sales system became a bottleneck for the company’s growth. It was complicated to introduce new products, the employee training took way too long.
Given the option to start from the clean plate, we’ve selected Single page application (SPA) approach for building the frontend part and Microservices architecture for the backend.
The new platform introduced a client onboarding or service change wizard, simplifying and fully digitizing most processes.
