Solution Engineer

Inventi builds payment infrastructure technology for banks and non-bank payment service providers. Our flagship payments platform connects customers to SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2 and other payment systems through a single API.

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to work with customers during pre-sales and onboarding, helping them adopt our payments platform within their business and technical environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design solution approaches for adopting our payments platform.
• Support customers from onboarding to production.
• Lead solution discussions during pre-sales and customer onboarding.
• Translate customer needs into technical solution approaches.
• Provide solution and technical guidance to sales and support teams.
• Document reusable solution patterns and best practices.

About you:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solution engineering, implementation, integrations, or similar.
• Ability to learn complex products and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution-related topics.
• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills.
