We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current or prospective accounts, (SaaS products or custom software development projects); 
• Initiate and manage outbound activities;
• Manage inbound sales activities;
• Develop and deliver customized sales pitches and demos;
• Research account needs/wants and offer solutions; 
• Contribute to sales and account management processes implementation;
• Participate in sales strategy implementation;
• Work closely with marketing to build brand awareness and generate inbound;
• Constantly follow and analyze our competitors to identify our selling points and possible improvements.

What we expect:

• Proven track record of success in sales management, with a history of exceeding targets;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; 
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues;
• Solid understanding of the IT industry and current market trends; 
• Skills in market research and analysis would be considered as an advantage.
