Now, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core teams and shape how we work, grow, and deliver impact. You’ll act as both coach and process owner – helping people grow, removing friction, and making sure the team is focused, aligned, and effective.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the team. Support the team in achieving goals while mentoring individual engineers in their growth.
• Level up team process. Implement and continuously refine how the team works.
• Drive alignment. Help the team define goals, norms, and a sense of purpose.
• Foster clarity. Simplify decisions, document best practices, and guide collaboration.
• Own the playbook. Ensure processes and practices are documented, shared, and evolving through the Playbook.
