Information Security Officer

Inventi is a financial application development company specializing in the financial sector. We offer innovative products like Payment Gateway, Regulatory Compliance and Verification of Payee (VoP), alongside tailored services, using cutting-edge technology to keep customers ahead.

We’re looking for an Information Security Officer who will strengthen Inventi’s security, compliance, and resilience. You’ll own our ISMS, lead risk management, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other standards – enabling trust with our customers and regulators while keeping the business moving fast.

What you’ll do: 

• Own security and compliance across the company — working hands-on with engineering, product, and business teams to make sure the right changes happen and stick.
• Set and maintain security policies that actually work (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Run regular risk assessments and audits, fix gaps, and strengthen defenses.
• Be the security voice for sales and clients – questionnaires, due diligence, and the occasional client meeting.
• Stay ahead of new threats and regulations (e.g., DORA) and turn them into simple, useful controls.
• Help the Inventi team develop a security mindset, so it becomes a natural part of how we work.

About you:

• 5+ years in information security, risk management, or compliance (fintech or payments environment strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR in practice, not just theory.
• Experience running risk assessments, managing audits, and coordinating remediation activities.
• Ability to translate security requirements into clear business actions.
• Proactive and organized – you make security work with the business, not against it.
• Comfortable working across engineering, product, sales, and HR teams.
