Account Executive

At Inventi, we build payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers. Our payments platform connects customers to direct SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2 and other payment systems through a single API. 

We’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to close – someone who can take qualified opportunities and turn them into revenue.

What you’ll do:

• Own deals from SDR handover to signed contract.
• Run demos, and negotiations end-to-end.
• Drive deals forward and remove blockers.
• Manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Sell based on value by understanding client needs.
• Work closely with product and tech teams on tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at key fintech conferences and industry events.
• Own follow-ups and convert event conversations into qualified opportunities and revenue.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors to strengthen your positioning.

About you:

• Proven track record in closing B2B deals (experience working with fintech, payments, or financial services clients is a strong plus).
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (incl. C-level).
• Structured and disciplined in pipeline management.
• Results-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
• Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
• Collaborative with SDRs and internal teams.
